PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING.

Personal data provided for managing customer relationships and providing services will be retained for the duration of the contract or the purpose for which it was collected. After the relationship ends, if applicable, data may be kept for the duration required by applicable laws and until any liabilities arising from the contract or legal obligations assumed by SCIP as a telecommunications service provider have expired.

Data related to inquiries and requests will be retained for the time necessary to respond to them, up to a maximum of one year.

Data used for sending commercial communications about our products or services will be retained indefinitely until you express a desire to have them deleted.

Personal data of individuals interested in receiving information about our services will be kept indefinitely unless the interested party requests its deletion.

Data related to selection processes will be retained for one year.

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING:

The processing of your data is based on several legal grounds. These include your consent, the necessity to fulfill a contract you're a party to, or taking pre-contractual measures upon your request. WHOIS Data: As per ICANN or competent Registrant organization requirements, the owner of a Domain Name allows the publication of ownership details and contact information (administrative, technical, and billing) related to the Domain Name. This data is made publicly accessible through the registrar's WHOIS database.

Usage Information: Metadata is collected when users interact with our Services, offering extra context about user activities.

Social Networks: SCIP maintains profiles on major social networks like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. SCIP processes follower data responsibly, following the rules set by social network providers. SCIP may share news, activities, or promotions through these platforms, but never extracts data from social networks without explicit user consent.
